To help our team respond accurately, please include the product name, quantity required, delivery suburb or postcode, and whether the order is for pickup or delivery.
For single-item purchases or small quantities, the website price is usually the best available price.
For larger quantities, project orders or repeat trade customers.
Delivery & Collection Note
For items being shipped outside the local Sydney area, please note that couriers will not accept lengths over 5 metres. Shipping costs may fluctuate depending on the length and delivery distance.

Returns are handled according to the product condition, order type and Imperial return policy.
Custom size Guide lines: Once the custom size option has been selected please input your unit value as the quantity. As an example if the quantity is set at 600 units this will indicate a grate size of 600mm.
Minimum length acceptable is 100mm!!
Only whole numbers will be accepted i.e 100mm, 610mm, 650mm. Please expect a tolerance of 1-2mm for custom cut items.
For custom-cut units, each piece is supplied with 1 × waste outlet and 2 × end caps.
Each full-length set includes 5 × waste outlets and 10 × end caps (5 pairs) in total.
